Moderation log
What we removed, and why. Published because a platform that moderates in private is asking to be trusted.
What this is
Every moderation action on the board, with the reason, as it happens. Entries say what was done and why — never who it was done to. Restorations and dismissed reports are listed alongside removals, so the log shows where we were wrong as well as where we acted.
