The Zindavi paper
A place where what you have done is worth more than what you claim.
This describes what Zindavi does, how money moves through it, and what $KAMPE does inside it. It includes the parts that are not built, the questions that are not answered, and the numbers that are not flattering, because a project that publishes other people's risk figures and hides its own is worth nothing.
Version 1, 20 September 2026. Nothing here is financial advice or an offer of any kind.
1. What Zindavi is
Zindavi is one page, one identity and one record, shared across four things people already do online: find out what is happening, get paid for work, learn, and sell what they make.
The page is the part everyone sees first. It is a single link that carries your work, your products and your record, and it is free. The record is the part that matters: it is built from what you actually did on Zindavi, and you cannot type into it.
2. The problem it answers
Online, anyone can write “five years of experience” on a profile. Nobody can check it, so nobody believes it, so everybody writes it. The result is a market where the loudest claim wins and the careful worker is invisible.
In crypto specifically, the same gap is expensive. A newcomer cannot tell a real opportunity from a drainer link, a real trainer from a confident stranger, or a real project from a copy of one with the same name. People lose money for want of a fact that somebody already had.
Zindavi's answer is narrow and old fashioned: make the useful facts cheap to check, and make claiming things you did not do expensive.
3. The four surfaces
Know is a board. Every post has to say what it is and why it matters, written for somebody who has never heard of it. That is a validation rule, not a norm: a post without it cannot be saved. Posts are ranked by upvotes that decay with age, and a vote does not count until the account casting it is three days old with a confirmed email.
Sell is a storefront on your page. Files and access links, priced in dollars, paid in stablecoin. Zindavi takes 5%, with no monthly fee and no listing fee.
Learn is a free layer of curated video first, and paid courses later, where money is released against milestones rather than up front.
Earn is bounties and paid work, where the payment is verified on chain rather than taken on trust, and an unpaid sponsor is marked as unpaid in public.
They share one identity and one record. Work done on one surface is visible on the others, which is the entire point: a trainer's completion rate and a seller's dispute history are the same kind of fact.
4. How money moves
Prices are set in dollars. Marketplace purchases and seller settlement use stablecoins.
Zindavi holds the payment for seven days. The buyer gets what they bought immediately, because the hold protects the buyer and making them wait would protect nobody. If they say something is wrong within that week, the money stops where it is until a person decides between two outcomes: the seller is paid, or the buyer is refunded in full. A refund earns Zindavi nothing.
Money held for other people is kept in a separate wallet from Zindavi's own revenue, and it never funds operations. Every movement is written to a ledger, and what the ledger says we hold is reconciled daily against what the orders say we owe, calculated independently so that a disagreement is visible rather than assumed away.
This is custody, and we say so plainly. It replaced an earlier non-custodial design because that design paid the seller the instant a payment landed, which gave buyers no protection at all. The non-custodial contracts are written and published; moving back to them is a question of an audit, not of intent.
5. What $KAMPE will do
$KAMPE will do three things inside Zindavi, and they are all ordinary.
Lower fees
Zindavi keeps 5% of a sale. A seller who links a wallet to their account, and has held the published amount of the token in it for a full month before a payout, is charged 1% instead. The wallet is linked by signing a message, which proves it is theirs and cannot move anything; it does not have to be the wallet they are paid into. The balance is checked at settlement across the whole month, so the discount cannot be bought the day a sale clears and sold the day after. Nothing is locked and nothing is taken into custody: the tokens stay in the seller's own wallet, and selling them simply returns the fee to 5%.
The qualifying amount is not yet fixed and is not stated here. Publishing a number we intend to change would be worse than publishing none.
Paying and being paid
Subscriptions will accept $KAMPE at least 50% off. Marketplace payments remain in USDC or fiat.
$KAMPE payments have mechanisms in place to prevent early volatility.
Weight in ranking
Holding the token over time will add weight to a vote on the board. How much, and why it is shaped the way it is, is section 7. Any token weight must use verified holding history, because weight from a balance bought this morning is precisely what the design exists to prevent. The current wallet implementation reads linked-wallet history; there is no full indexer.
6. What $KAMPE is not
It is not required. Every part of Zindavi works without it. You can claim a page, sell, buy, post, vote and get paid having never held any.
It is not the platform. Zindavi is designed to survive the token failing. Prices are in dollars, settlement works in stablecoin, and no core function depends on the token existing.
It is not an investment, and this paper is not an offer. It confers no ownership of Zindavi, no claim on its revenue, no right to profits and no promise about price. Nobody at Zindavi will tell you what it will be worth, because nobody knows, and anybody who claims to is doing the thing this platform exists to replace.
7. Ranking, and why it is shaped this way
A post's position is:
vote_weight = min(sqrt(holding_over_90_days / 1,000,000), CAP) + reputation
post_score = sum(vote_weight) / (age_in_hours + 2) ^ 1.5Each piece is there to close a specific hole.
Time, not balance. The input is a balance held across ninety days, not a balance held right now. Influence that can be bought in an afternoon is influence for sale, and at the liquidity of a small token it is cheap to buy. Making it cost ninety days makes it cost something that cannot be bought retroactively.
Square root, then a cap. Weight grows with the square root of the holding, so ten times the tokens is about three times the weight, and a ceiling stops the largest holders compounding beyond it. A whale should be able to speak louder than a newcomer, and nowhere near loud enough to decide alone.
Reputation, which is not transferable. Added on top, earned from work done here, and impossible to buy at any price. This is the part that is meant to matter most over time.
Decay. Dividing by age means nothing stays on top by accumulating votes forever, and the board reflects now rather than last month.
Until the indexer is running, every eligible vote weighs exactly 1. We would rather run a simpler rule honestly than an impressive one on numbers we cannot verify.
8. Moderation in the open
Every public page and post can be reported without an account, because the person best placed to notice a scam is usually the stranger who was just sent the link. Enough scam flags from established accounts hide a post pending review, and hiding is reversible.
When something is removed, the person is emailed the reason, their account keeps working so they can read it, and they can appeal to somebody other than whoever made the decision. A removed post leaves a visible marker in its place rather than vanishing.
Every removal appears in the public moderation log, along with the times we were wrong and put something back. Nobody is named there. A platform that moderates in private is asking to be trusted, and asking is what we are trying to replace.
9. The order things are built in
The whole product is designed, and it launches in waves. The pages and the board come first because they are the only parts that work with nothing on the other side of the market. Selling follows, then paid work, then courses.
Some waves are gated on things that are not code: a professional review of the escrow contract, a legal opinion, moderators recruited, trainers vetted. Those gates are published and they are real. Nothing ships because a date arrived.
10. Risks and unfinished parts
This section exists because the board asks every member to disclose what they hold and say what could go wrong, and a project that will not apply its own standard to itself has no standard.
The token may be thinly traded. A quoted market value is not money. What can actually be realised from a small pool is a fraction of what the headline number implies, and a large sale moves the price against the seller. Treat any quoted number, including ours, as a snapshot.
Zindavi holds customer funds. For seven days per sale. That is the shape of the risk: our operational security, not a smart contract, is what protects that money. It is mitigated by keeping the float in a separate cold wallet from a capped payout wallet, by a reconciled ledger, and by never spending it. It is not eliminated.
The contracts are unaudited. Both are published and neither is deployed. They will not handle money before a professional review.
Legal questions are open. Four of them, in one brief: custody of escrowed funds, the payment gateway's status, the token's status, and which jurisdictions must be excluded from which features. Some features will change or will not ship depending on the answers.
It is one person, for now. Zindavi is built by a very small team. That is why moderation runs through a phone, why limits are conservative, and why the waves are ordered the way they are.
The marketplace may not start. Every marketplace has the same problem at the beginning, which is that it is empty. Pages and the board are useful on their own, which is the hedge, but it is a hedge rather than a guarantee.
11. The contract
The token is KAMPE, on BNB Chain. This is the contract address, and it is the only one:
0xca80fE4bE108CbfE223b3F52C7C03610141abD81
Check it yourself rather than trusting this page: the token on BscScan. The source is verified there. It is a fixed supply with no mint function, no owner, and no transfer tax — all of which you can read off the contract instead of taking our word for it.
Nobody from Zindavi will ever message you an address, ask for your seed phrase, or ask you to send tokens anywhere to qualify for anything.
This paper describes intentions and current design. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, not an offer or solicitation to buy anything, and not a promise about any future price or return. Holding the token gives no ownership of Zindavi and no claim on its revenue. Features described as planned may change or may never ship. Questions: [email protected].
