Privacy

What we hold

• Your account: page name, display name, email address, password (stored hashed, never readable), and whether you confirmed your age and accepted the terms.
• Your page: bio, photo, links, and the counts of views and clicks those links receive.
• Technical records: short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, kept so we can find faults and stop abuse.
• Visit counts: which page was viewed, which site it was reached from, and whether it was a phone or a computer. No IP address or browser details are stored. They are turned into a code that changes every day, so two visits can be told apart today and not tomorrow. These counts are deleted after 180 days.
• A note in your browser: your browser keeps, on your own device, a short code for each page you view and the date you last viewed it, so a return visit isn't counted as a new person. We receive only how many days ago that was, never the list or anything that identifies you. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes it, and entries older than 180 days are dropped.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use no tracking or advertising cookies, and none of ours follows you to other sites. We set three, each only when it's needed: one keeps you signed in and protects the forms you send us, such as sign-up; one remembers who invited you, for 90 days, if you followed an invite link; and one remembers the last member page you looked at, for 30 days, so that member is credited if you join. If your browser asks us not to track you, we don't count your visit at all and keep nothing in your browser.

Why we hold it

• To run your page and your account. That's our agreement with you.
• To keep Zindavi safe from fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations where they apply.
• To email you about things that affect your account. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Signing in with Google or X

If you choose to sign up or sign in with Google or X, they tell us who you are with them, and nothing more:

• From Google: your name, your email address and your Google account ID.
• From X: your name, your X username and your X account ID. X doesn't share email addresses, so we ask you for one.

We keep the account ID (and, for X, the username) on your Zindavi account so you can sign in with it next time. The name and email only fill in the sign-up form, which you can change before you finish. We don't keep the access Google or X give us, we never post anything for you, and we don't read your posts, contacts, files or anything else in those accounts. You can unlink either one in settings.

Zindavi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What visitors to your page see

Your page is public: your name, page name, bio, photo, links and (later) your verified record. Your email address is never shown. View and click counts are yours alone.

Search engines

Because your page is public, search engines such as Google can find it, along with your products, courses and posts. We help them describe it properly, using only what you put on it yourself: your name, page name, bio, photo, and the social profiles you chose to show. We never put your email address, wallets, holdings, location or who follows you into those search details.

• You can turn it off. In settings, switch off “Show my page in search engines”. Your page, products and posts then ask search engines not to list them and leave our sitemap. Anyone with the link can still open them. Results a search engine already shows can take a few weeks to go, and we can't speed that up.
• Some pages are never offered to search engines: a page with nothing on it yet, an account that hasn't confirmed its email or signed up with X, one that is suspended, locked or closed, removed posts, referral links and token-holder groups.
• Your own screens are never indexed: settings, your studio, orders, notifications and sign-in.

Your choices

• Take your data: settings has a download that gives you everything we hold about you, as a file you can keep. Two things are left out on purpose: secrets that prove who you are (your password and two-factor codes), and other people's details, such as who reported you or a buyer's email address.
• Delete your account: also in settings. We remove your personal details. Your page name stays reserved for 90 days so nobody can take it and impersonate you.
• Correct anything: edit it in settings, or write to us.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to some processing, or to complain to a data protection authority.

How long we keep it

Account details for as long as your account exists. Server logs for a short period. Records we're required to keep, such as proof of a payment once selling launches, for as long as the law requires.

Who else touches it

When something breaks, an automatic report goes to our error-tracking service so we can fix it. Those reports carry the fault and the page it happened on, not who you are: we switch off the parts that would attach your account, your IP address or anything you typed. We don't use session recording, so nothing watches you use the site.

The videos on Learn are other people's work, hosted on YouTube. We embed them through youtube-nocookie.com and nothing loads from Google until you press play — not the player, and not even a thumbnail. Scroll past a video and Google never hears about you. Press play and you're watching on YouTube, on our page, under their terms.

If you link a token wallet for the lower fee, we keep its address and read its token balance and transfers from the public blockchain: five weeks back when you link it, then every fifteen minutes while it stays linked. Nothing else in the wallet is read. The reading goes through NodeReal, a blockchain data service, which sees the address but not who you are. We never show the wallet on your page or to anyone else; tying your name to your holdings in public is your choice, made in the disclosures section. Unlink it and we stop reading it.

If you report something, the report goes to the moderators through Telegram, carrying what was reported. Who reported it does not go, and the member is never told who reported them.

Where it lives

On servers we run, with daily backups kept off the server. Zindavi is used worldwide, so your data may be handled in a country other than your own.
